At your arrival a member of our staff will:

  • wait you in front of the building with your studio
  • show you your clean and safe studio and how electricity, water, central heating and WIFI work
  • give you the keys and receipt for your booking deposit
  • offer you a welcome folder with some helpful tips regarding your stay in the studio
  • sign the contract for your stay in the studio

During your stay our staff:

  • is ready to assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week in order to cover your needs in a foreign town (HELP LINE).
  • will pay all bills for you
  • will repair all damages in the studio (electricity, gas etc.)
  • will give you a studio clean and safe.
  • will clean the public area of the building
  • will provide to our residents blankets and pillows.
  • will support the internet connection of our studio.
  • will check the safety of the studio building.

At your departure a member of our staff :

  • will check for the studios's cleanliness,receive the keys and your comments on housing services.
