During more than 40 years, SmartStudio Group
- offers the appropriate environment for a student to live in and study;
- provides all promised services;
- tries to make every student not feel alone and lost in a foreign town;
- offers its services around the clock.
Students who have been accommodated in SmartStudio Group facilities honour us by sending their siblings and friends to our studios and sometimes their children become our customers!

- Ask about studios/rooms availability
- Booking deposit not refundable sent to our company’s accounts +bank fees
- First rent due upon arrival
- Rent due at the beginning of the month
- Contract for short stay in the studio/room
- Submissive to “Terms and conditions of Living”
